Online vs In-store: Where Do Customers Prefer to Buy?
According to a 2022 survey, 28% of US shoppers choose to do all or almost all of their purchases online. And 31% make more than half of their purchases online. Compared to 2021, the number of people who choose to make half and more of their purchases online has grown by 18%.
